各位 今般のコロナ危機のなか、多くの家庭が経済的影響を受けていることを踏まえ、AEFEフランス在外教育庁は仏外務省と連携し、困窮により学費の納付が困難になったフランス国民を支援する方策を検討いたしました。 １．2020年度（2020-2021）の奨学金は、コロナ危機開始後の減収を考慮します。フランス人家庭（日仏家庭を含む）は、奨学金を既に受給しているか否かに関らず、コロナ危機発生後の実際の減収を証明する書類の提出により、奨学金を申請できます。 ２．今年度の3学期目の学費の納付については、コロナ危機による減収により経済的困窮に陥ったフランス人家庭（日仏家庭を含む）は、次のことを請求するために不服申立てを行うことができます。 A. すでに奨学金を受給している家庭は、割当額の見直し。 B. 奨学金を受給していない家庭は、3学期目の学費を納付するための奨学金の支給。少なくとも一か月前から収入が著しく減少していることを証明する書類の提出が必要となります。 すでに奨学金を受給している家庭に対する割当額の見直しの請求、および奨学金初回申請または3学期目の学費の納付援助の請求は、取り急ぎ次の書類の提出により審査されます。 l 直近三か月の銀行取引明細の写し l 給与所得者は、困窮の内容（解雇、部分的失業など）を記した雇用主の証明書 これらの請求と提出書類は、在日フランス大使館領事部宛てに電子メールにて送付してください。提出期限は2020年5月4日(月)となります。 送付先：affaires-sociales.tokyo-amba@diplomatie.gouv.fr この件に関するお問い合わせはフランス大使館領事部がメールにて受け付けております。 問合せ：affaires-sociales.tokyo-amba@diplomatie.gouv.fr なお、日本政府や自治体が実施する支援策に加えて、コロナ危機によって困窮に陥ったすべての世帯のためのカンパと納付猶予などを国内のフランス人学校２校がともに用意しています。それらについては各校にお尋ねください。
