ORGANISATION OF THE 2023 SCHOOL YEAR AT A GLANCE
Monday 4 September 2023

Note: for all classes (including 3EME to terminale), the school year will start on the historic site (Yurin). A visit to the Umeto annex building will be organised during the day. 8.15am: Doors open: enter through the gate (on the left as you face the entrance). Primary pupils (TPS to CM2) only (if secondary pupils cannot come later, they will be welcomed by the school life department).

Notice boards will be at the entrance so that you can find your child’s class and teacher (as well as a map of the school).

From 8.20am: Nursery pupils (and their parents) will be invited to go directly to their child’s classroom. Teachers and assistants will be waiting for them. School life will be there to guide you. Parents will be able to spend a short time with their child in the classroom (maximum 30 minutes).

8.30am: Elementary classes (CP to CM2) are assembled in the playground. 8.35am: Departure to the classrooms with the teachers (who will have signs with their class and name). Please note that parents who so wish will be able to accompany their child to class for a short time (maximum 20 minutes).

9am: Opening of the gates for secondary school pupils (6EME to Terminale). Gathering in the courtyard.

9.15am: class formation (secondary students) and departure for the classrooms with the main teachers.

 End of lessons for pupils: primary pupils finish at 3.30pm. The first day of the school year for secondary pupils will be special (time with the main teachers / workshops by cycle / sports meeting (bring your own clothes) / distribution of textbooks / discovery of the Umeto annex building for lycée and 3EME pupils / presentation of APS and AS, etc.). All secondary school pupils will finish the day at 4.30pm. The timetables (which pupils will find out about on the first day of school) will normally start the following day, Tuesday 5 September.

In the event of rain, class formation will take place in the gymnasium.
