Re-enrollment Campaign for the 2025/2026 School Yea
We would like to inform you that the re-enrollment campaign for the 2025/2026 school year is now open on the EDUKA platform. This re-enrollment process applies only to students currently enrolled and continuing their education at our institution for the start of the school year on September 1, 2025.
To guarantee your child’s place, we kindly ask you to complete the re-enrollment process by Friday, March 28, 2025. After this date, we cannot guarantee availability.
👉 Important:
- If your child plans to join the school after September 1, 2025, you will need to complete a new enrollment (not a re-enrollment) starting April 1, 2025, via the EDUKA platform, specifying the expected arrival date.
- If you wish to enroll a new student (including siblings), you must also complete a new enrollment (not a re-enrollment) on EDUKA starting April 1, 2025.
- If your child attends a Japanese school in April 2025, you must request a withdrawal from our institution by email at secrétariat@lfikyoto.org. If they return in September, a new enrollment on EDUKA must be completed for September 2025. Please note that in this case, places cannot be guaranteed.
