Attached: a document (in three languages) concerning the organisation of the start of the school year for primary school pupils (nursery and elementary). The school day will begin at 8:45 a.m.

Attached: a document (in three languages) concerning the organisation of the start of the school year for secondary school pupils (middle school and high school). The school day will begin at 12:30 p.m. for those who have lunch at the LFIK (bento boxes ordered for those who have registered). Other pupils must arrive by 1:30 p.m. at the latest.

Information for new families

A welcome meeting for newly arrived families (primary and secondary) will be held on Thursday, 28 August, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the dining hall, attended by LFIK management and members of the APEK management committee.
➡ Free childcare will be available for children in nursery school through Year 6 (registration required via Eduka, ‘à la carte childcare’ module). -
For secondary school families (6e à Terminale): your children will return home on 1 September with their Pronote access codes (reminder: separate accounts for parents and pupils).
➡ Training on how to use Pronote will be organised on Friday 5 September, during the meeting open to all secondary school families with their form teachers. Details (times and organisation) will be sent to you by email in the middle of next week.
Sport / Clothing / Hydratation

From CP until Terminale, the students must bring a pair of running shoes (worn or in their rucksack).

A pair of shoes reserved for the gym, a change of clothes and a towel are essential..
➡ The LFIK has a heatwave protocol that has been approved by the School Board. -
All primary school pupils have a shoe locker and must bring indoor shoes.
Garderie et étude

The study and childcare schedule is available online on Eduka: registration is now open.

Services will commence on the first day of term.

One-off registrations are also possible via the ‘à la carte services’ menu on Eduka.

Reminder: childcare is free during information meetings (class or school), subject to prior registration for organisational reasons.
After-school activities (APS) and sports clubs (AS)

APS and AS activities will commence on Monday, 15 September.

The complete schedule will be available on Eduka by the end of the day on Wednesday, 3 September at the latest.

Registration will close on Wednesday, 10 September at 10 p.m.

For families who enrolled their children in daycare/study during the first half of September, it will be possible to transfer their enrolment to APS/AS.
Lunch – Bentos

For all students (whether bringing their own lunch or eating school lunch), please bring: a drink, cutlery (or chopsticks) and a napkin.

The second scholarship campaign (autumn committee) is now open.
